Course Duration: Once a course is started, it will be automatically closed after -20570 days, regardless of the trainee's progress or completion status.

Exam Attempts: In the event that a trainee fails the exam, 2 additional attempts will be granted free of charge. If the trainee does not pass, they must either:

• Pay the applicable fee to retake the exam
• Opt to receive an attendance certificate only

Learning Materials: The system does not enforce completion of all learning materials prior to attempting the exam. The trainee is solely responsible for reviewing all course content before taking the exam.

Refund Policy: You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase, only if you have not started the course.
